The Idaho Hispanic Foundation, Inc., 501(c)3 was established in 2018. It has hosted several programs of the U.S. Small Business Administration, including 2 Women's Business Center grant designations in Twin Falls and Nampa, Idaho and the Idaho Connect Community Navigator Pilot Program. Both are funded all or in part by a cooperative agreement with the SBA.

Now, the IHF is taking on its largest grant opportunity under the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), spanning over 4 years.

IHF announced as one of only 43 awardees of the MBDA Capital Readiness Grant!!

Building a small business is a collaborative effort and takes a LOT of work. The Entrepreneurial Studio is a six-week series that covers the basic principles of what it takes to be an entrepreneur, business 101 principles, and tools to take action towards turning your idea into a sustainable business.

Small Business Lending

Access to capital is everything for Idaho small businesses. We have partnered with Rural Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) & the Kiva small business lending program to provide 1:1 matched, 0% interest loans to rural entrepreneurs. Kiva brings affordable loans to entrepreneurs that would otherwise not be able to borrow from traditional lenders.
